About This Here: The Co-Creative Agency
This Here is a female founded, co-creative influencer agency based in Hackney. Since 2013 we’ve been championing genuine partnerships and delivering mind-blowing campaigns with authentic story-telling and data intelligence at their heart.
Co-creation is fundamental to everything we do - from fostering lasting relationships with influencers, clients, and industry partners, to immersing in the shared behaviours and identities of subcultures, all in the name of producing collaborative campaigns that sing from the soul of both brand and influencer alike.
Our expertise spans strategy, creative direction, talent management, production, events, and performance analysis. Our portfolio of clients includes The North Face, Puma, Foot Locker, Forestry England, and Scape.
We believe in championing the underdog, and in every hire, we look for those that value hard work, intelligence, curiosity and pride in their field. We’re a laid back company with a modern approach to work.
We are More With People.
Who are You?
We are looking for a social conceptual creative, with a love for art direction and copywriting.
You are a creative person who embraces partnership and co-creation. You see creativity as a collaborative process, not solely your individual domain.
You are immersed in culture, social media, the content creator world, and emergent social trends and behaviours, and you embrace their ever-changing state.
You recognise the deep connection talent or creators have with their audiences, and value their place within subcultures, and their creative input into our projects.
You want to produce brand building-campaigns of the highest quality - no compromises.
We see the role of the Creative as one that blends creative vision with a partnership-oriented mindset, cultural understanding, and an appreciation for data-driven insights. You will be instrumental in delivering authentic and impactful influencer marketing campaigns through genuine collaboration.
